School Policies

Any products purchased from AZRESS online or in our onsite bookstore, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided the item is returned in the original packaging, including all items which may have been included with it, accompanied by an original receipt. 

NOTE: Items opened, or no longer in the original condition or packaging do not qualify for a refund.  

Live Instructor-Led Classes: 

AZRESS does not typically charge students for Continuing Education "CE" classes, therefore there is no refund.

Canceled CE Classes: CE classes are normally sponsored by outside industry-affiliated businesses, brokerages, and the like, and utilize venues outside of the AZRESS main campus. Therefore, In the event a CE class is cancelled AZRESS shall have no financial responsibility to the student. This includes and is not limited to elapsed time, fuel, personal injury, damage, missed work or potential business missed. 

Online CE Classes:

These courses are provided by nationally recognized distant-learning providers. Students registering for an online class are actually using the portal owned and operated by the online school provider. Students shall investigate the terms of refund located on the online school providers site prior to registering. The student/user shall hold AZRESS harmless from any financial losses incurred by the student as a result of using the online CE providers site. 

We suggest that any student who has a concern or issue with the customer service received by any of our online CE providers promptly contact the AZRESS school administrator for assistance.

Student does not start class/course:
Refunds requested within thirty (30) calendar days from the payment date will qualify for a refund less a fifty dollar ($50) processing fee. No requests for refund will be honored after thirty (30) days from the date of payment. 

Student starts class/course:
Once a student has arrived at their first class the student has waived their right for a refund. Attendance will be validated by the students signature on the class roster. Students have up to twelve (12) months from date of payment to complete the 90-Hour Salesperson Prelicense Course, provided no refund has been issued. 

Should a student fail to compelte the 90-hour course within twelve (12) months from the date of payment the student shall be considered un-enrolled and the course expired. The student will be required to purchase a new course at the current fee indicated on the site.  The student must fully complete the new course, including passing of the school's Final Exam, if the student wants credit for the new course.

School Exam Requirements:

Upon completion of the 90-hour Real Estate Salesperson Prelicense Course the Arizona Department of Real Estate requires a student to PASS the school's Final Exam with a grade of 75% or better before the student can take the State Exam. The student has six (6) months from the time the student completes the 90-hours of required training to take the School Exam. Should the student fail to take the school exam within this time-frame the student will be required to re-take the 90-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course.

In the event a student either fails to take the Final Exam withing the allowed time, or the student does not earn a passing-grade within three (3) attempts, the student is required to re-take the 90-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course paying the current Course Fee identified on this site. 

Please allow five (5) business days for refund processing following confirmed receipt of a request for a refund provided payment was made using PayPal or the Credit Card used to make the initial payment at the time of purchase. Purchases made using any other payment method will require thirty (30) business days for processing and will be refunded by business check.

Please read the School Policies above as there may be a refund processing or restocking fee associated with a refund request. In addition, there may be circumstances where additional funds may be required to complete the Course and School Exam.
