Bookstore Product Refund Policy

Any products purchased from AZRESS online or in our onsite bookstore, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided the item is returned in the original packaging, including all items which may have been included with it, accompanied by an original receipt. 

NOTE: Items opened, or no longer in the original condition or packaging do not qualify for a refund.  

CE Class Refund Policy

Live Instructor Led Classes: 

AZRESS does not typically charge students for Continuing Education "CE" classes, therefore there is no refund.

Cancelled CE Classes: CE classes are normally sponsored by outside industry affiliated businesses, brokerages, and the like, and utilize venues outside of the AZRESS main campus. Therefore, In the event a CE class is cancelled AZRESS shall have no financial responsibility to the student. This includes and is not limited to elapsed time, fuel, personal injury, damage, missed work or potential business missed. 

Online CE Classes:

These courses are provided by nationally recognized distant-learning providers. Students registering for an online class are actually using the portal owned and operated by the online school provider. Students shall investigate the terms of refund located on the online school providers site prior to registering. The student/user shall hold AZRESS harmless from any financial losses incurred by the student as a result of using the online CE providers site. 

We suggest that any student who has a concern or issue with the customer service received by any of our online CE providers promptly contact the AZRESS school administrator for assistance.

Salesperson and Broker Licensing Course Refund Policy

The following process will be enforced in determining whether a payment may be refunded:

Student does not start class/course:
Refunds requested within thirty (30) calendar days from the payment date will qualify for a refund less a fifty dollar ($50) processing fee. No requests for refund will be honored after thirty (30) days from the date of payment. 

Students have up to six (6) months from date of payment to complete the course provided no refund has been issued. 

Student starts class/course:
Once a student has arrived at their first class the student has waived their right for a refund. Attendance will be validated by the students signature on the class roster.

Refund Process

Please allow five (5) business days for processing following confirmed receipt of a request for refund. AZRESS will issue a credit to PayPal or the Credit Card based on the payment method used during the purchase. Purchases made using any other payment method will require thirty (30) business days for processing, and will be refunded by business check.
